Penny stocks are little more than legalized gambling.Most penny stocks never go anywhere.If I only had $100 to $500, I'd leave it in the bank.

I have 35+ years of investing and trading experience so I trade the occasional penny stock because sometimes it makes sense.I know that any news or expected news should be taken with a grain of salt.I know that almost all penny stocks are in some form of market or financial crisis.

Stocks that trade under $5 are notoriious for not having trustworthy finanacials or trustworthy news.
Many Mutual Funds are (by their own rules) not allowed to buy stocks trading below $5 (that's a bad thing).
Most Penny Stocks have either bad financials or are losing market share (or both).
Many Penny Stocks are easy to buy…. not easy to sell.
